Construction:

Tube: Thermoplastic

Reinforcement: Two high tensile synthetic steel wire  braided.

Cover: High flexibility nylon or thermoplastic, MSHA accepted.

Temperature: -40℃ to +93 ℃

SAE100 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids in the working temperature of -40 °C to +93 °C. It is non-conductive due to its appropriate materials. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality oil resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used in delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber and the cover is made from high quality thermoplastic, which is resistant to weather and hydraulic fluids.

Recommended for medium pressure hydraulic lines, lubrication, medium pressure gas, and solvent.

Construction and agricultural equipment, agricultural brake systems, forklift trucks, articulating and telescopic booms, aerial platforms, scissor lifts, cranes and general hydraulic use.

Internal hose: Polyester elastomer

Reinforcement: Two braids of synthetic fiber

External covering: Polyurethane, black, pinpricked, white ink-jet branding

Applicable specs: Exceeds SAE 100 R7

Recommended fluid: Hydraulic fluid ptroleum based, glicol-water based lubricant

Operating temperature range: From -40°C to +100°C continuous +70°C for water based fluids.
