Reinforcement:  High tensile multiple textile cord.

Cover:Black NR/SBR rubber, weather and abrasion resistant high tensile synthetic rubber.

Working Pressure:Constant Pressure 20Bar /300psi

Temperature Range:-20℃～+100℃ (-4°F～212°F)

Application:Widely used to delivery the quartz, metal sand, polishing, metal surface rust and spray cement, it is anti-static.

Sandblast hose for general sandblast applications, designed for high velocity transfer of sand, steel shot, and other abrasive materials seen in building maintenance, restoration, or the cleaning and finishing of metal parts, stone, or glass. It is a kink resistant sandblast hose that will withstand external abuse and internal abrasion. Its static conductive tube dissipates static electricity to prevent dangerous shocks.Service life of material handling hoses may vary depending on the operating conditions, hours of use, and the product being conveyed. Always rotate the hose regularly for even wear and inspect the tube for degradation before use.Hose designed for high PSI blasting. Available in the following inside opening diameters: 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/4″.Our Sand Blast Hose provides excellent heavy duty service across multiple medium pressure blasting and transfer applications. The thick rubber tube provides additional resistance to sand and other abrasive materials going through the hose, and dissipates static electrical charge for operator safety. The thick hose wall provides kink resistance for unimpeded flow, and resistance to abrasion and weathering for maximum performance.
