Cover: Black, red and blue ASTM IRM903 oil-ozone- resistant synthetic rubber compound.

Air Pressure Brake Hose Assembly

Application: Used for hydraulic brake systems to transmit and contain the fluid pressure medium, which offer the force to the vehicle’s auto air brakes system.

Features:
The hoses are braided with fiber, and such very good performance as the following: good flexibility, bursting resistance, high tensile strength, low extensibility under pressure, ozone resistance, low-temperature and high-temperature resistance, with stable, safe and reliable braking effects.

Rubber air brake is designed for compressed air brake systems on trucks and buses. This hose meets SAE J1402 specifications. Rubber air brake hose is typically used where it will be subject to gravel, rocks, oil, vibration, etc. – whereas nylon air brake is typically routed inside the frame where it will not be subject to debris, vibration, etc. Our hose is a standard hose and is designed for use in very cold environments down to -54°C (-65°F).

Applications: Flexible hose suitable for air brake systems.

Tube: Synthetic rubber, black, smooth, oil resistant.

Reinforcement: Synthetic cord.

Cover: Synthetic rubber black, smooth, high temperature and ozone resistant.

Standard: SAE J1402.

Recommended for air brake hose, high temperature pressurized oil return lines and rotary oil/air compressor lines, engine and transmission coolant lines and lube oil lines. Meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 106-74, SAE J1402 for air brake hose (4, 6, 8, 10). Not recommended for gasoline or diesel fuel applications.
