PVC Lay-flat hose is a tough water discharge hoses made with a PVC cover and reinforced polyester yarn. The high tensile polyester yarn provides great durability and strength in all working situations. it is highly durable while maintaining great flexibility and best suited for low – medium pressure applications.

Application:

 PVC layflat hose is designed for light and heavy duty applications, the hoses are most commonly used in agricultural equipment where continuous water flow through irrigation systems is required. Additional uses include water pump, pool & spa, construction, mines and marine. 

Construction:

Tube:  Extrude industrial grade PVC.

Reinforcement: Reinforced with polyester yarn.

Color available:black, grey, blue, yellow, red, etc

Application:

For suck or discharge large flow air, water, dust, mud, or chemical solvent for agriculture irrigation, industrial water, construction, hardware, garden tools, etc.

Our lay flat hose, made from PVC and reinforced with high-strength polyester fiber, offers numerous benefits over other types of hoses or water pipes. Because of the flat design, it’s easily stored and moved from one area to another, and its flexibility allows for easy manipulation. This is one reason why our blue layflat hose is typically used as a supply line for connecting fire engines to hydrants. It’s equally useful when used for irrigation, wastewater or sump pump discharge. This lay flat discharge hose is strong, durable and corrosion resistant. It’s a popular choice for use in drip irrigating gardens as this hose can be easily pierced to provide drip holes.

Temperature range: -5℃ to +65℃
