Multi-purpose hoses are commonly used to transport air and water for a multitude of applications. Our multi-purpose hoses can be found worldwide in industries such as meat and poultry processing facilities, grocery store food counters, breweries, dairies, and utility districts.

The category of multipurpose typically includes those specs traditionally produced in long lengths on reels. Also known as general purpose hose, these specs are made with a smooth cover offered in a variety of colors and from sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inch. Our multipurpose air hose provide the best combination of performance, durability, and ease of use. The rubber tube and covers range from EPDM (excellent chemical, temperature and environmental resistance) to Nitrile (the best oil resistance). Pressure ratings of multipurpose air hose will go as high as 300 PSI working pressure. Most of our multipurpose air hose specs will have maximum temperature ratings of about 200 Deg. F., providing superior performance in high-temperature air tool applications.

Excellent for air and water service as well as many agricultural chemicals. EPDM tube and cover resists heat, sunlight, ozone and weathering. Suitable for applications such as oil mist lubricating air lines, but NOT suitable for the transfer of petroleum products.
