Construction:

Inner Tube:Black Extruded SBR & NR synthetic  rubber

Reinforcement:High tensile synthetic polyester yarn multi-spiral.  

Cover:High tensile synthetic abrasion and weather resistant rubber, smooth blue, red, or green Cover.

Working Pressure:Constant Pressure 20 Bar / 300 psi

Temperature Range:-30℃～+80℃ (-22°F～176°F)

Application:Mainly used to convey oxygen and acetylene gases for welding and cutting equipment, inert gas (such as argon gas and helium gas etc.)

Welding hose also called flexible reinforced welding hose, rubber twin welding hose, reinforced twin welding hose pipe line. It is mainly used for conveying of oxygen and acetylene for welding and cutting equipment. The appearance of the twin line hose is bright. The body is soft and light, which is hardly distortedunder pressure.

Gas transporting: oxygen, acetynele, carbon dioxide, nitrogen propane, liquefield natural gas.

The welding rubber hose is mainly used for conveying of oxygen and acetylene gases for welding and cutting equipment.

Abrasion resistant, weather resistant and zone resistant. It is flexible, light weighted, anti-bending.

Our Twin Welding Hose is made of black synthetic rubber with high tensile synthetic textile reinforcement. Hose is resistant to oxygen and acetylene.

Rubber Welding Hose needs a flexible and rugged Hose Pipe for the flow of Air-Oxygen and a Fuel Gas like Acetylene among other.  Synthetic Rubber with special treatment for Flame, Heat and Oil resistance is being used to produce this hose. Special treated synthetic yarns are used for reinforcement.
